Setting Gain on RDL Line-Level Dante™ Bi-Directional Interface Products

Dual-LED VU meters are provided for each input on the RU-LB2(P) and RU-LB4(P) Dante interfaces to assist the installer in setting the proper input gain. The varying intensity of the green LED indicates a signal level between -11 and +4 dBu.  Flashing of the red LED is representative of a VU meter needle swinging above the 0 level. RU-LB Series products feature >18 dB of headroom in reference to +4 dBu, so don’t be afraid to get that red LED flashing!
