Business Development Sales Engineer
RDL is looking for a Business Development Sales Engineer with a successful track record in the A/V Industry. The candidate’s verifiable sales skills must be centered around firm technical sales knowledge and long-term trusted personal relationships with dealers, distributors, sales reps, design/build firms and consultants. Ten years sales experience in the commercial audio/visual market is required, as is comprehensive knowledge of the products and the associated technology in our industry. The successful candidate must be disciplined and highly motivated, with an un-fettered focus on achieving results. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelors degree and relevant industry training and certifications. The position entails significant travel.
The Business Development Sales Engineer will be responsible for building overall company sales, including U.S. sales and specific international sales regions. This position requires the creation and delivery of effective technical training and sales presentations in person and via webinar.

SMT MACHINE OPERATOR / TECHNICIAN
Looking for a SMT Technician with knowledge of surface mount technology & familiarization of automatic pick & place machines, with at least 5 years experience.
Skills / Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience operating and troubleshooting the following SMT processes
- Screen printing and paste handling
- Preferable AOI knowledge and Phillips Assembleon experience
- Performs various duties in the SMT department including set-up of SMT machine,
- operation of screening, AOI and Reflow equipment.
- Program and operate automated inspection machines
- Perform technician level preventative maintenance on machines
- An understanding of stock handling, inventory control, and production targets
- Must be capable of performing manual rework if necessary

We are looking for a qualified candidate with professional experience in the following areas:
Skills / Requirements Required:
- Brochure and catalog layout experience using In Design
- Create web graphics and four color print graphics in Photoshop
- Technical drawing and layout experience using Illustrator
- Create Flash animations and videos for web
Audio/Video editing experience required.
Knowledge of four color printing process required.
3D modeling, AutoCAD, and Photography experience a plus.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Self motivated with Strong creative design focus
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Confidence in being able to complete a project from start to finish independently.
